Chapter I Pricing and Payment
Article 1 Price and Renewal
1.1 The membership price may be adjusted according to market changes. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance through an official website announcement or the registered email address before the adjustment.
1.2 This service is provided on an automatic renewal basis by default. During the membership term, users may change the subscription method at any time through the process shown by this website or the payment service provider, including changing automatic renewal to manual renewal or changing manual renewal to automatic renewal. The change takes effect after system confirmation; transactions already generated or completed remain subject to this Policy and the applicable rules of the payment service provider.
1.3 The paid subscription, renewal, cancellation, billing management, and certain refund processes for this service may be technically supported and transaction-processed by Paddle, a third-party paid subscription management provider. When completing payment or managing a subscription, users may be required to comply with Paddle's applicable terms, privacy policy, and refund policy. If this Policy differs from Paddle's applicable rules regarding payment, subscription management, or refund processing, the relevant transaction process shall follow Paddle's then-applicable rules, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
Chapter II Membership Period and Rights
Article 2 Validity Rules
2.1 Subscription Period:
2.1.1 Monthly Membership: Valid from the subscription start time until the same subscription start time on the corresponding date of the following month.
2.1.2 Annual Membership: Valid from the subscription start time until the same subscription start time on the corresponding month and date of the following year.
Chapter III Refund Policy
Article 3 General Refund Rules
3.1 Refunds and Statutory Withdrawal Rights:
3.1.1 Except where required by applicable law, Paddle's refund policy, or an express provision of this Policy, completed transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3.1.2 Where the law of the user's location grants consumers an unconditional withdrawal or cooling-off right, that right shall prevail. For consumers in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Turkey, and Israel, the first payment under a subscription contract generally carries a statutory right to withdraw and request a full refund within 14 days from the transaction date; for consumers in South Korea, Brazil, China, and Canada, Paddle's refund policy generally states a 7-day unconditional cancellation period; and for consumers in Singapore, it generally states a 5-day period. Subsequent subscription payments generally do not carry that unconditional withdrawal right, except for circumstances stated in Paddle's refund policy, such as certain UK annual subscription auto-renewals.
3.1.3 If the product has a material technical defect, is not as described, or another refund right applies by law, users may request a refund in accordance with Paddle's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
3.1.4 Refund requests must be made within the applicable statutory or Paddle policy period. If a refund is issued, the related membership benefits and product access will cease accordingly.
3.1.5 Users may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and mid-cycle cancellation does not automatically create a refund or credit for unused time.
Chapter IV Usage Restrictions
Article 4 Authorization and Device Management
4.1 Non-commercial Use: The membership rights are limited to personal non-commercial purposes. Reselling or renting out the account or using the content for profit-making purposes is prohibited.
4.2 Device Limitation: The same account can be logged in on a maximum of 5 devices. If the limit is exceeded, the account will be frozen, and an appeal needs to be submitted for unfreezing.
Article 5 Compliance Requirements
5.1 Users are required to comply with the laws and regulations of their location, including but not limited to those related to network security, copyright protection, and data privacy.
5.2 We reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the service: If a user's behavior is suspected of being illegal or endangering the security of the platform, the service can be suspended immediately.
Chapter V Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Article 6 Governing Law
6.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the user's main place of use (referring to the account registration information or IP address).
Article 7 Dispute Resolution
7.1 Disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation as a priority.
7.2 If the negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the local commercial arbitration center for arbitration.
Chapter VI General Provisions
Article 8 Agreement Modification
8.1 We reserve the right to revise this agreement. For major changes, users will be notified 30 days in advance through announcements or emails.
8.2 Continuing to use the service is deemed as acceptance of the revised content.
Article 9 Severability
The invalidity of some provisions of this agreement does not affect the validity of other provisions.
